BIOGRAPHY

Obtained Bachelor of Building Construction Management (Hons.) from Sheffield Hallam University, United Kingdom in 2006. He is knowledgeable with not only quantity surveyor’s scope of works in tendering projects, preparing interim progress claim, certifying sub-contractor’s claim, taking-off quantity, measurement and re-measurement, sourcing and obtaining competitive materials, progress valuation and variation orders, but is also capable of liaising to deal with any party that have issues and matters needing to be resolved. His strong suite is to supervise, advise and give instructions to supervisors and workers to speed up works and to also involve himself into helping company to have drawings studied, raising Request For Information (RFI) and have technical issues resolved, if any.
